Huevo

Spanish for "egg." Huevos duros are "hard-boiled eggs," huevos pasados por agua are "soft-boiled eggs," huevos escalfados are "poached eggs," huevos fritos are "fried eggs" and huevos revueltos are "scrambled eggs."
