Valpolicella

Pronunciation: [vahl-paw-lee-CHEHL-lah]

Produced in northern Italy, this dry red wine is light-bodied and has a fragrant bouquet and fruity flavor. It's best served young and is sometimes viewed as Italy's version of a French beaujolais.
