A Greek sauce made with drained plain yogurt, grated or chopped cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, vinegar and minced fresh dill or mint. Tzatziki may be served as a dip, cracker spread (if made with thick yogurt), or condiment for fried foods or sandwiches such as a gyro.
