Pronunciation: [rehs-tuhr-uh-TOOR; rehs-tuhr-uh-TUHR]
A restaurant owner or manager. A popular misconception is that the word is pronounced the same as "restaurant," whereas in actuality, there is no "n" in restaurateur.
