Galliano

Pronunciation: [gal-LYAH-noh]

An Italian liqueur with a brilliant saffron-yellow color, a thick, syrupy texture and an intriguing flavor that combines herbs flowers and spices. It gained notoriety in the United States when the harvey wallbanger was introduced in the late 1960s. Also called Liquore Galliano.
