Pronunciation: [en-chuh-LAH-dah; en-chee-LAH-thah]
This Mexican specialty is made by rolling a softened corn tortilla around a meat or cheese filling. It's served hot, usually topped with a tomato-based salsa and sprinkled with cheese.
