Pronunciation: [koh-KEE-toh]

This coconut-flavored eggnog is a Puerto Rican Christmas tradition and can be prepared both with or without rum. It's made with coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, egg yolks, vanilla and cinnamon.
